The requirements for the Horticulture Major include:<\/p>\n

33 credits of lower-level Agriculture courses<\/li>\n
21 credits of upper-level Agrology (Agriculture) courses<\/li>\n
14-20 credits of upper-level Biology and\/or Physical Geography courses<\/li>\n
4-5 credits for one capstone course<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Direct entry from high school<\/strong><\/p>\n

BC secondary school graduation or equivalent;<\/li>\n
Chemistry 12, CHEM 093 or CHEM 110 with a C or better;<\/li>\n
One of Foundations of Mathematics 12, Pre-Calculus 12, Principles of Math 12, or Applications of Math 12; or Math 094\/095; or Math 096; or Math 110<\/li>\n
Biology 11 or BIO 083 with a C+ or better;<\/li>\n
